Mr. Pir Bux Bhurgari advocate for petitioners along with petitioners.

Chaudhry Bashir Ahmed Gujjar Assistant A.G. Sindh along with SIP Ghulam Raza SHO PS Kario Ganhwar and SIP Muhammad Essa Kumbhar PS Pangrio, District Badin.

Comments have been filed by official respondents 4 and 6, which are taken on record. Mr. Om Parkash H. Karmani advocate files power on behalf of private respondents 7, 8 and 9, which is also taken on record.

It is the case of the petitioners that petitioner No.1 Mst. Shahida is sui juris and has contracted marriage with petitioner No.2 Imran, with her own free will. Private respondents 7, 8 and 9, who are close relatives of petitioner No.1, are not happy with their marriage and have made their lives miserable by threatening them of dire consequences.

Private respondents 7, 8 and 9 are present in person. They deny the allegations leveled against them by the petitioners, and state that they have never threatened any of the petitioners nor have they any intention of doing so in future.

Both the petitioners are present in person. They are satisfied with the statement and undertaking given by respondents 7, 8 and 9 and seek disposal of the petition in terms thereof.

Accordingly, the petition and listed application stand disposed of in terms of the statement and undertaking given by respondents 7, 8 and 9, with further direction to them to conduct themselves strictly in accordance with law. Respondent No.4 / SHO PS Karyo Ganhwar is directed to provide full and proper protection to both the petitioners against the private respondents.
