Mr. Hameedullah Dahri advocate for applicant along with applicant holding original CNIC No.45401-6462613-5.

1.       Urgency granted.

2.       Deferred for the time being.

3.       Exemption is granted subject to all just exceptions.

4.       The applicant has been booked in Crime No. 27 of 2017 registered at Police Station Pabjo under Sections 302, 324, 395, 337-H(ii), 427, 147, 148, 149 and 114 PPC. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the allegations made against the applicant in the subject F.I.R. are absolutely false and fabricated ; he has been falsely implicated in this case due to enmity ; there is a delay of 55 hours in lodging the F.I.R ; and the applicant attempted to surrender before the trial court for pre-arrest bail, but the premises of trial court were cordoned off by police in order to arrest him. It is urged that if the applicant is arrested, he will be humiliated and harassed at the hands of police who is being influenced by the complainant party. It is further urged that the applicant has no choice but to surrender himself at the mercy of this Court for protective bail.

Without going into the merits of the case, protective bail is granted to the applicant till 19.06.2017 subject to his furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.100,000.00 (Rupees one hundred thousand only) with a P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of Additional Registrar of this Court. This order shall cease to have effect on 19.06.2017 or when the applicant surrenders himself before the trial court, whichever is earlier. In case the applicant fails to surrender himself before the trial court within the stipulated period, the surety furnished by him shall stand forfeited.

          This Criminal Bail Application stands disposed of in the above terms.
