Alleged detainee Mst. Haseena has been produced by her real mother Mst. Begum, who is the petitioner in the present petition. Mst. Haseena states that she was forcibly abducted by Mashooque Bozdar, Jeewan Bozdar and Nawab Bozdar, who subsequently committed zina-bil-Jabr with her. SHO PS Gulistan-e-Johar Karachi, who is present in person, has recorded the statement of Mst.Haseena wherein she has reiterated the above incident and allegations.

Since this petition was filed for recovery of Mst. Haseena, the same has served its purpose. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of. Let the statement of Mst. Haseena be forwarded to SHO PS Bhitshah who is directed to register F.I.R. and to take action strictly in accordance with law. Mst. Haseena is free to go with her mother / petitioner. SHO PS Bhitshah is directed to provide full and proper protection to Mst. Haseena and all her family members including the present petitioner. Let a copy of this order be sent to SHO PS Bhitshah through S.S.P Matiari for compliance.
