Learned counsel for the parties have been heard at some length. They agree that this petition may be disposed of by directing the trial Court to decide the suit filed by the petitioner within specified time-frame.

Accordingly, by consent the petition and listed application are disposed of by directing the learned trial Court to decide summary suit No.48 / 2016 (Ikramullah v. Imran Jamshed) latest by 30.09.2017 strictly in accordance with law and after providing opportunity of hearing to the parties.
