2,3&4.  It is the case of the petitioner that he is being harassed by the official respondents at the instigation of private respondents. Counsel for petitioner states that the petitioner would be availing his remedy before the proper forum in accordance with law, but meanwhile, official respondents be directed to provide protection to him.

          In view of the above, this petition is disposed of by leaving the petitioner at liberty to avail his remedy before the competent forum in accordance with law; official respondents are directed to provide full and proper protection to the petitioner against the private respondents strictly in accordance with law.
