Para-wise comments dated 05.06.2017 have been filed by respondents 2, 3 and 4, which are taken on record. Learned A.A.G. points out that so far no FIR has been lodged either against the petitioner or her husband. Petitioner Mst. Beenish is present in person. She states that she is still receiving threats from respondents 10 and 11. She prays that protection be provided to her against all private respondents. Her counsel states that the petitioner would be satisfied if this petition is disposed of as requested by the petitioner.

Accordingly, respondents No.2 and 3 are directed to provide full and proper protection to the petitioner and her husband Muhammad Aqib Qazi against all private respondents, particularly, respondents 10 and 11, and respondent No.4 SHO PS Women Nawabshah, District Shaheed Benazirabad is directed not to harass the petitioner and her husband un-necessarily.

By consent, the petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
