Comments / statement dated 05.06.2017 have been filed by respondents No.3, 4 and 5, which are taken on record. In their comments, the above respondents have specifically denied the allegations of harassment made against them by the petitioner. Learned A.A.G. states that the said respondents will conduct themselves strictly in accordance with law.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner would be satisfied, if the said respondents are directed not to interfere in his possession, cultivation, etc., to act strictly in accordance with law, and not to cause any harassment to him or to his Haris.

By consent, this petition is disposed of in terms of the undertaking given today on behalf of respondents No.3, 4 and 5, with further direction to them to conduct themselves strictly in accordance with law.
