Through the instant Constitution Petition petitioner Syed Arif Hussain Shah has prayed for the following reliefs:-

a). That this Honourable Court may be pleased to direct the Respondent No.2 and 3 to provide legal protection to the petitioner and his family members.

b). That this Honourable Court may be pleased to direct the Respondent No.3 not to lodge any F.I.R. against the petitioner or his family members / relatives without prior permission of this Honourable Court.

c). That this Honourable Court may be pleased to direct the respondent No.2 to 4 to make bound the private Respondents not to cause any kind of harassment to the petitioner in any manner whatsoever and do not resist in the peaceful construction of the petitioner.

Notices were issued against the Respondents as well as A.A.G. Mr. Shakeel Ahmed Shaikh, Advocate file Power on behalf of the Respondents No.6 to 8. Comments are also filed on behalf of the Respondents Nos.2,3 and 4.

Learned Advocate for petitioner submits that private Respondents are causing harassment to the petitioner by using the influence of police officials. Learned A.A.G. submits that no harassment whatsoever has been caused to the petitioner and action, if any, shall be taken strictly in accordance with law. Police officials SIP Manzoor Ali and ASI Imtiaz from Police Station Qassimabad, Hyderabad present in the Court states that neither they have harassed the petitioner nor petitioner shall be harassed in future.

In the view of above, counsel for petitioner express his satisfaction and doesn’t press the instant Constitution Petition more and it is accordingly 'disposed of'.
