            The order of Labour Court dated 02-04-2012 is available on record which shows that, the petitioner was reinstated in service. The office order dated 27-11-2013 shows that the retirement order of the petitioner was withdrawn and he was also allowed to continue service till 31-12-2017 which is the date of superannuation. The grievance of the petitioner is that he was not paid his salary. Today Petitioner is called, absent; nor any counsel for the K.M.C is present, which shows that, the petitioner has lost interest into the matter.

            The Petition is dismissed, accordingly.
