O R D E R

MUHAMMAD ALI MAZHAR---J.,The case of the Petitioners is that they are performing their duties as Women Medical Officer to provide health facility under Hepatitis Prevention and Control Programme Sindh; they were appointed on contract basis in the Year 2011 and since then they are continuously performing their duties on contract basis as mentioned in paragraph-4 of the Petition. They have approached this Court for seeking directions against the respondents for regularization of their services under Sindh (Regularization, Adhoc and Contractual Employees) Act, 2013.

2.         Learned counsel for the Petitioners pointed out an order passed by this Court in C.P No.D-7711 2015 on 21-04-2016 and submitted its copy through statement. In the said petition learned A.A.G submitted statement duly signed by Mr.Abdul Khalique Shaikh Programme Manager Hepatitis Prevention and Control Programme Sindh in which it was clearly stated by the Programme Manager that personal files of all the employees of Hepatitis Prevention and Control Programme have been sent to Secretary Health Department, Government of Sindh for their scrutiny and regularization process which will be finalized within due time.

3.         Learned counsel for the Petitioners argued that in the same terms the aforesaid petition may be disposed of as petitioners are serving in the same department. Learned A.A.G has seen the order and argued that he himself appeared in C.P No.D-7711 of 2015 which was disposed of in view of the statement of the Programme Manager. Though the matter is fixed on urgent motion but by consent of the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.A.G both the petitions are taken up for hearing and are disposed of in terms of the order passed by us in C.P No.D-7711 of 2015.
