                                    Mr. Farmanullah Khan, advocate for the defendant.

            Learned counsel for the plaintiff states that he has already filed an application before the defendant for regularization of some minor violations made in the construction of the subject property in the year 2010, which may be decided.  Learned counsel for the defendant undertakes that he will make sure that this application is decided within a period of one month from today.

            To come up in the third week after winter vacations. Interim order passed earlier to continue till the next date of hearing.
