2. Through this application, the applicant/surety namely Mohiuddin seeks return of surety papers deposited by him on behalf of accused in Crime No. 303/2010 under section 302/34 PPC of P.S. Docksin terms of order dated 01.11.2010whereby ad-interim pre-arrest bail was granted to the accused. Learned counsel for the applicant contends that now the applicant/accused has been acquitted by the trial Court vide judgment dated 15.09.2015, therefore the surety papers may be released to him. Learned A.P.G. after going through the file has confirmed the above position and has recorded no objection.

            In the circumstance, the application is allowed. Nazir is directed to return the surety papers to the applicant/surety after due identification and verification.
