                                    Syed Muhammad Aslam Roomi, the plaintiff present in person.

1&2.    Through these applications the plaintiff and the defendant have prayed for putting this case on fast track. Since the defendant’s age is 80 years, this matter is placed on fast track. With this observation, both the applications are disposed of.

3.         The following issues are framed.

            i)          Whether the suit is not maintainable?

            ii)         Whether the suit is incompetent for want of necessary parties?

            iii)        Whether the plaintiff has given an amount of Rs.24,928,580/= to the          defendant, if so, its effect?

            iv)        Whether the plaintiff is entitled to the interest at the rate of 20% per annum           from the date of filing of the suit till realization of the above amount.

            v)         What should the decree be?

            Documents if any,be filed within 15 days.

            Adjourned to 15.01.2016 for evidence.
