This is a suit for administration and permanent injunction. The plaintiff and the defendants are brothers and sisters inter-se. Their father namely Muhammad Latif at the time of his death left the following properties:-

i. Shop No. S.B.7-186/5, Grain Street, Bohri Bazar, Saddar

Karachi under the name and style of Al-Hamra Jewelers.

ii. One Karkhana Room No. 15,Al-Qaiser Building, Dandas Street,

Saddar, Karachi. (onpagree basis)

Their brother namely Muhammad Rahat, who was unmarried, died on 14.04.2010 leaving behind a Bungalow No.D-64, Block-F, North Nazimabad, admeasuring 1000 Sq. yards, Karachi. Since this is a suit for administration for the said properties, before proceeding further, Official Assignee is appointed to take over possession of the said properties and manage them in accordance with law. Parties are directed to appear before him for the purpose of proper inquiry and investigation and accounts, if any, on the subject properties. Let a Preliminary Decree be issued in terms of Order 20 rule 13 CPC. Parties are directed to maintain status-quo till pending of the suit.
