The grievance of the petitioners in the instant petition appears to be that the Tribunal has passed order in their favour, but the respondents are not give no objection for the release of differential nor they are de-blocked NTN.

Mr. Kashif Nazeer, Advocate has effected appearance on behalf of the respondents along with Mr. Ilyas Ahsan Khan, Appraising Officer, and states that since the department has filed a reference, therefore, security may not be released. However, National Tax Number (NTN) of the petitioners would be de-blocked at the most by tomorrow, however, it is not denied that the order of Tribunal is in favour of the petitioners.

In the circumstances, we while disposing of this petition would direct the respondents to release security/cheque in case the order of Tribunal is not suspended in the reference pending before this Court within thirty-days.

Petition stands disposed of in above terms.
