Learned counsel for the petitioner has pointed out page 41 of the court file, which is an application moved under Section 103-AA of the ROPA, 1976 read with Section 71 of the SLGA, 2013. He argued that despite lapse of considerable time the learned Chief Election Commissioner of Pakistan has not fixed the date of hearing, therefore, he requests that some directions may be issued for an early decision on his application.

If any such application is pending before the learned Chief Election Commissioner of Pakistan, it is expected that the same shall be decided within 15 days.  Petition is disposed of along with listed application.
