3.       At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner  has pointed out  page 13 and 15, these are two applications, which were submitted to the District Returning Officer (South) Karachi on 5.12.2015 and 7.12.2015, in which petitioner had  prayed for re-counting of  Polling Station Nos.1,2,3,8 and 9. Learned Counsel argued that despite several requests, these applications have not been decided.Learned AAG and Representative of Provincial Election Commission have waived the notice of this petition and copy has been supplied to them. After going through these applications, learned AAG submits that the petition may be disposed of with the directions to the District Returning Officer, U.C-10, Lyari, Karachi (South) to dispose of both applications of the petitioner in accordance with law.  Petitioner is satisfied.  Accordingly, petition is disposed of with the directions to the District Returning Officer U.C 10, Lyari, Karachi (South) to decide the applications within five days in accordance with law after providing  opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
