          Through the instant petition, petitioner Mst. Raheela has prayed for the following relief(s):-

 

a)    It is therefore, prayed by the petitioner that this Honble High Court may graciously be pleased to pass order and direct the Respondent No.4 to allow the meeting with the above named petitioner and his family members namely Muhammad Islam son of Muhammad Yousuf, Mst. Zakia Sultana wife of Muhammad Islam, M. Nafees son of Muhammad Islam and Afaque Ahmed son of Najam Ahmed according to the jail  Manual.

 

b)    To direct the Respondent No.6 to provide medical treatment and submit the report before this Honourable Court.

 

Notice was issued to the respondents as well as A.G. and P.G. Superintendent Central Prison, Karachi has filed comments in which it is mentioned that petitioners husband Muhammad Ayub son of Muhammad Islam has been detained by Sector Commander Sachal Rangers on 11.09.2015 under the provisions of Section 11-EEEE of Anti-Terrorism Act, 1997, for 90 days. Petitioner and his family never approached the Superintendent for meeting with the above named detenue. Regarding medical treatment, it is reported that medicines are being regularly provided to the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner presses the petition only for the purpose of meeting with his family. Learned AAG recorded no objection for such meeting as per jail manual. We direct the Superintendent Central Prison Karachi to allow the family members of the detenue to meet him as per jail manual. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the petition more and is accordingly disposed of.
