          For last many dates, the matter was being adjourned as the parties were trying to negotiate for an amicable settlement of dispute. Now a joint statement has been filed duly signed by the learned counsel for the petitioner and Respondent No. 1, 2 & 3. The copy of compromise and settlement agreement is also attached in which certain modalities have been settled to resolve the dispute.

          Since the parties have resolved their dispute amicably, this winding up petition is disposed of in terms of statement dated 26.11.2015 and the copy of compromise agreement attached with the statement. All pending applications are disposed of. Office is directed to communicate this order to Respondent No.4 for information and compliance if any.
