4. Applicant/accused Ehteshamuddin Khan seeks protective bail in FIR No.53/2015 registered at P.S FIA CBC Karachi u/s 409/420/468/471/477-A/34/109 PPC.

It is inter-alia contended that the applicant/accused is prepared to surrender before the trial court but apprehends his arrest at the hands of FIA with ulterior motive.

Without touching the merits of the case, applicant/accused Ehtisham Uddin Khan is granted protective bail for the period of four days from today subject to his furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.100,000/- (Rupees One Lac Only) and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Nazir of this Court. Applicant/accused is directed to surrender before the learned Special Court (Offences in Banks) Sindh at Karachi in the aforesaid period. He will also join the investigation. This order shall cease to have its effect after expiry of four days or when the applicant/accused surrenders before the Trial Court, whichever is earlier. It is made clear that in case the applicant/accused fails to surrender before the trial court within the stipulated period, the surety furnished shall stand forfeited.

The application stands disposed of.
