Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that detenue Noor Hussain son of Muhammad Alam husband of the petitioner has been detained under the provisions of Section 11EEEE of ATA 1997 and presently he is detained at Sub Jail Mitha Ram Hostel Karachi. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner and family members of Noor Hussain may be allowed to meet him in Mitha Ram Hotel, Karachi. Mr. Habib Ahmed Advocate for Pakistan Rangers recorded his no objection for such meeting.

Permission for meeting is allowed however, as per jail manual. Counsel for the petitioner does not press the instant petition, which is dismissed accordingly.
