            Learned counsel for the petitioners intimates that the FIR bearing No. 62/2015 has been disposed of and such summary has been approved by the Magistrate concerned. She in view of such fact seeks disposal of the instant petition but requests that directions may be issued to Respondent No. 5, S.H.O. P.S. TalukaJati, District Sujawal to provide due protection to the petitioners.

            Learned State Counsel and Assistant Prosecutor General, Sindh have extended their no objection to such proposition.

            The petition stands disposed of with directions to Respondents No. 5  i.e. SHO P.S. TalukaJati District Sujawal to provide due protection to the petitioners in accordance with law.
