            The petitioner is aggrieved by the behavior of her husband, the respondent No. 4, against whom she has instituted a suit for dissolution of marriage by way of Khula.

            SIP Muhammad Riaz, Adll: SHO P.S. Pakistan Bazar states that if petitioner approaches him, he will act strictly in accordance with law and would provide her due protection.

            Petitioner and her counsel being satisfied with this statement, request that the instant petitioner may be disposed of in these terms.

            The petition stands disposed of in the foregoing terms.
