Though the petitioners admit that they are Civil Servant but the main reason for approaching this Court is a letter dated 06.11.2015, which was written by Section Officer (G-II), Education & Literacy Department to the District Education Officer (Primary), Kamber Shahdadkot in which at-least name of twenty two (22) persons are mentioned including three petitioners, whereby original service books and service record of the said teachers were directed to be submitted. Petitioners apprehend that in view of the said letter their salaries will be stopped, but their learned counsel admits that the salaries for the month November 2015 have already been paid to the petitioners, while this letter was issued on 06.11.2015. Learned A.A.G submits that at present no cause of action accrued to the petitioners because the said letter was written only for calling service record and even it is not clear at this stage whether any inquiry will be initiated or not. We feel that at this stage the petition is premature, therefore, the petition is disposed of with directions to the respondents to act strictly in accordance with law.
