Learned counsel for the petitioners states that on account of marriage between the petitioners, respondent No. 11, SHO P.S. Gharo, District Thatta is causing harassment to them without any rhyme and reason.

Learned A.P.G. states that no harassment will be caused to the petitioners because of their marriage by Respondent No. 11. He further undertakes that the order of this Court will be communicated to the said respondent for compliance.

Learned counsel for the petitioners is satisfied with this statement.

The petition stands disposed of in the terms that no harassment be caused to the petitioner by Respondent No. 11, S.H.O. P.S. Gharo, District Thatta and, he shall also provide legal protection to the petitioners against the private respondents.
