            The order dated 19.05.2014 shows that the matter was sought to be compromised      through the attorney of defendant. Learned counsel for the defendant-principal ShaziaCarim on whose behalf, Mr. Nadeem Ali appears, has seriously contested the compromise application as well as present suit. In terms of order dated 19.5.2014 Mr. Nadeem Ali was directed to appear in person as well as the plaintiff was also directed to produce her original CNIC and certificate/receipt that original has been delivered by her to authorities for renewal. No one has appeared today.  Let notice be repeated to the plaintiff as well as Attorney Nadeem Ali to appear in person in terms of above order before this Court on 15.12.2015.
