The petitioner through this constitution petition has prayed to shift the voters list of 4 Goths, namely, Hawa Bibi Goth, Noor Muhammad Goth Serial,  Shah Bhattai Goth and  Yaqoob Rind Goth  in the ruler area Deh Methan U.C. 4, Sub-Division Mangopir, Karachi from Urban Area U.C. 36 Itehad  Town of Sub-Division Baldia Town, Karachi West.

2.     Learned counsel for the petitioner admitted that the final list of constituencies were issued on 28.7.2015. This court asked him whether the petitioner preferred any appeal against the alleged wrong delimitation before the Delimitation Officer or any other authority, his answer was  in negative but only 02 days before the election date he wants fresh exercise of delimitation, which is not possible. Since the petitioner has failed to avail appropriate remedy provided under the law, this petition does not lie even otherwise, the factual controversy cannot be decided which was within the domain of the forum available under the Sindh Local Councils (Election) Rules, 2015.

3. This petition is dismissed along with listed application.
