          Through instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:

 

(i)                 Direct the respondents 4 to 6 from harassing, threatening the petitioners.

 

(ii)               Direct the Respondents No.1 to 4 and 7 to provide protection from the instigation/hands of Respondents No.5 & 6.

 

(iii)             Direct the Respondents to restrain from harassing/arresting the petitioner and involvement in false cases.

 

(iv)             Direct the Respondent No.4 and 5 from lodging/registered any case against the petitioner No.2 and his family members.

 

(v)               Grant any other relief/s which this Hon'ble Court may deems fit and proper under the circumstance of the case.

 

Notices were issued against the respondents as well as Advocate General Sindh. Comments have been filed by respondents Nos.4 and 6. In the comments allegations have been denied and it is stated that neither the petitioner has been harassed nor shall be harassed in future. Police officers present in Court also state that they will conduct themselves strictly in accordance with law and they not indulge themselves in any act contrary to law. Learned Additional Advocate General Sindh states that official respondents are bound to provide protection to the petitioners in accordance with law. In view of such statements, learned counsel for the petitioner expressed her satisfaction and does not want to proceed the instant petition more, the same is accordingly disposed along with all pending applications.
