3&4) Petitioner Abid Javed Akbar is present along with counsel. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that co-accused Muhammad Zahoor, Rafiq Dawood and Ayaz Dawood have already been granted interim pre-arrest bail by this Court as they had impugned notices/letters dated 31.07.2014, 22.07.2014, 11.08.2014 and 18.08.2014 in CPs. Nos.D-4404/2014 and 4938/2015. It is argued that petitioner has been involved in same enquiry without disclosing particulars of enquiry. Learned counsel for petitioner has also referred to Annexure “A” at Page-23 and argued that petitioner apprehends his arrest at the hands of NAB with ulterior motive.

Without touching the merits of the case, petitioner Abid Javed Akbar is admitted to interim pre-arrest bail subject to his furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.1 Million and P.R. bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Nazir of this Court. Issue notice to D.A.G. as well as Special Prosecutor NAB. Petitioner is directed to attend the calls of the IO. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that CPs. Nos.D-4403/2014 and 4938/2015, are arising out of same inquiry which are fixed on 02.12.2015. Office is directed to fix the aforesaid CPs along with instant petition on 02.12.2015. Petitioner is directed to attend. IO shall also be in attendance along with relevant record. Petitioner shall deposit original passport with the Nazir of this Court till further orders.
