Mr. Abdul Razzak, learned counsel for the applicant/accused is called absent. It appears that instant criminal miscellaneous application under section 561-A, Cr.PC has been filed on behalf of applicant/accused against the order dated 21.05.2015, passed by learned Judge, Anti-Terrorism Court-II, Karachi, whereby application under section 265-K, Cr.PC was dismissed. This Court vide order dated 20.11.2015 observed that counsel for the applicant/accused has remained absent for last two dates of hearings. Learned A.P.G. pointed out that case is fixed for recording of statement of accused under section 342, Cr.PC. Today, Mr. Abdul Razzak, counsel for applicant/accused, is called absent. In view of such circumstances, instant criminal miscellaneous application is dismissed on account of non-prosecution along with all pending applications.
