3&4) Through instant constitution petition, petitioner Syed Farrukh Mateen has called in question call up notice dated 28.10.2015 (Annexure “A” at Page-151) issued by NAB.

It is argued that petitioner apprehends his arrest in the inquiry, which has been initiated against officials/officers of KDA regarding fake allotment of land in KDA Scheme No.33, Karachi to M/s. Zeeshan Builders and others. Serious mala fides on the part of NAB has been alleged.

Without touching the merits of the case, petitioner Syed Farrukh Mateen is granted interim pre-arrest bail subject to his furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.1 Million and P.R. bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Nazir of this Court. Issue notice to D.A.G. as well as Special Prosecutor NAB. Petitioner is directed to attend the calls of the IO. To come up on 08.12.2015 for confirmation or otherwise. Petitioner is directed to attend. I.O shall appear on the next date of hearing alongwith relevant record.
