The I/O of Crime No.123 of 2015 has submitted the report in which it is stated that the missing person Qaseem Baqa has returned back home and now he has gone to England. This statement has been confirmed by the counsel for the petitioner as well as brother of detenue namely Adal Baqa. In view of this statement this petition is disposed of along with pending application.
