2) Learned advocate for applicant/accused Junaid-ur-Rehman submits that after grant of protective bail, applicant/accused surrendered before the learned Special Judge (Offences in Banks) Sindh at Karachi on 24.11.2015 but learned trial Court refused to entertain the bail before arrest application till submission of challan. It appears that this Court while granting protective bail for a period of three days vide order dated 23.11.2015, directed applicant/accused to surrender before the trial Court in the aforesaid period and it was made clear that in case applicant/accused failed to surrender before the trial Court, his bail bond shall stand forfeited.

In view of the above stated circumstances, protective bail for a period of four days is extended on the same terms and conditions. Applicant/accused shall surrender before trial Court within four (04) days. In view of the peculiar circumstances, bail bond of applicant/accused shall be intact. Learned Special Court (Offences in Banks) Sindh at Karachi shall entertain the bail before arrest application of the applicant/accused Junaid-ur-Rehman, in accordance with law.
