2to4)) Petitioner Shoaib Abbas is present along with his counsel Mr. Zakir Leghari. It is inter alia contended that NAB has initiated investigation against Barkat Ali Junejo, Administrator, Sindh University Employees Cooperative Housing Society, Hyderabad in which father of the petitioner, namely, Dr. Asghar Abbas Shaikh has already obtained interim pre-arrest bail. It is contended that without disclosing the particulars of the inquiry, petitioner has also been involved in the said inquiry/investigation by the NAB. Petitioner is a student and he apprehends his arrest at the hands of the NAB with ulterior motives.

Without touching the merits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to petitioner Shoaib Abbas, subject to his furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.1 Million and P.R. bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Nazir of this Court. It is further ordered that petitioner Shoaib Abbas shall deposit his original passport with the Nazir of this Court. Issue notice to D.A.G. as well as Special Prosecutor NAB. Father of the petitioner has already been granted interim pre-arrest bail by this Court in this petition. For confirmation or otherwise adjourned to 09.12.2015. Petitioner is directed to attend. I.O shall appear on the next date of hearing alongwith relevant record.
