Mr. Noor Ahmed alias Rabbani, Advocate for petitioner, alongwith the petitioner.

Mr. Anwar H. Ansari, State Counsel alongwith DSP Bulri Shah Karim, DSP Tando Ghulam Hyder, SHO Mulla Katiyar and ASI Imran Hafeez on I/C Kapoor Moori.

Through the instant Constitutional Petition, petitioner Moula Bux has prayed for the following reliefs:-

“i. To restrain the respondents from harassing the Petitioner and his other family members in any form or manifestation and treat them like respectable citizens as guaranteed in the Constitution of Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

ii. To direct the respondents No.03 & 04 to provide legal protection of life, Honour prestige and property to the petitioner and their relatives and well-wishers from the cruel clutches of the respondents No.05 to 08.

iii. Any other relief(s) which this Honourable Court deems fit, just and proper in favour of the petitioner.

Notices were issued to the respondents as well as A.A.G. Today, DSP Bulri Shah Karim, DSP Tando Ghulam Hyder, SHO Mulla Katiyar and ASI Imran Hafeez on I/C Kapoor Moori are present. They state that neither they have caused any harassment to the petitioner nor they intend to do so in future. Comments have also been filed by respondents No.2, 5, 6 and 8, which are taken on record, copies thereof provided to learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner expresses satisfaction over the comments filed by the official respondents No.2, 5, 6 and 8 as well as statements made by the police officials/respondents present in Court and does not press the instant petition more.

In view of above, the petition is disposed of accordingly.
