Through the instant Constitutional Petition, petitioner Mst. Samina has prayed for the following reliefs:-
“a. To direct the Respondent No.3 and 4 not to harass the petitioner on the instigation of Respondent No.5 and also direct the Respondent No.1 to 4 provide every protection to the lives and properties to the petitioner and her family members.
b. To direct the Respondent No.1 & 2 to take legal action against the Respondent No.3 & 4 who are misusing their powers by harassing the petitioner on the collusion of the Respondent No.5.
c. Any other relief which this Honourable Court deem fit, and proper in the circumstances of the case.”
Notices were issued to the respondents as well as D.A.G. and it was ordered that in the meanwhile no action contrary to law shall be taken against the petitioner. Comments have been filed by SHO PS Zaman Town, in which it is mentioned that allegations are false however allegation of the harassment has been denied. Learned DAG submits that no harassment whatsoever, will be caused to the petitioner and official respondents shall conduct themselves in accordance with law and they would not indulge in any activity contrary to law.
Learned counsel for the petitioner expresses satisfaction over the statement made by DAG, and does not press the instant petition more.
In view of above, the petition is disposed of accordingly.
