              It is reported by Mr. Shafiq Ahmed,  Spl. Prosecutor, ANF that that this matter was assigned to Mr. Habib Ahmed, Spl. Prosecutor ANF, who is busy before some other bench. It has been noticed since morning in ANF cases that either thepolice papers are not available; I.O. is not present or the Law Officer concerned is busy before some other bench of this Court. It is, therefore, apparent that due to lackluster attitude of ANF officials the decisions in the cases are being delayed. Under the circumstances, let the Assistant Director Legal, A.F.N. be called to appear in person and assist this Court. A copy of this order be sent to the Regional Director, A.N.F. Karachi.

              To come up on 05.11.2015 as per roster.
