Advocate for the applicants/accused Yasir and Jahangeer, after arguing the
matter at some length, does not press the bail application and states that
trial court may be directed to decide the case expeditiously.
Mr. Abrar Ali Khichi
learned APG recorded no objection for issuance of such directions to the trial
court for quick disposal of the case.
In view of the above,
the bail application is dismissed as not pressed. However, trial court is
directed to decide the case within a period of three months.
