Petitioners have approached this Court for seeking directions against the respondents that they should ensure payment of the pensions of the petitioners on or before third day of every following month. Larned counsel appearing for respondents No.2 to 5 submits that the petitioners are being paid their pension regularly, which statement has been confirmed by learned counsel for the petitioners. However, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the amount of monthly pension is being paid very late due to which the petitioners are suffering hardship. The learned counsel for respondents No.2 to 5 undertakes that from the following month pension of the petitioners will be paid on the same date when all other pensioners will be paid their pensions and efforts will be made to avoid delay.

In view of the above statement, the petition stands disposed of
