          After hearing the learned counsel for the parties at some length, learned counsel for the applicant submits that he would be satisfied and shall not press this bail application, if appropriate directions may be given to the trial court to conclude the trial within forty five (45) days, after receipt of this order.

          Learned APG has recorded no objection on the above proposition and further submits that in this case two witnesses i.e. complainant and PW Haji Ahmed have already been examined and the evidence of remaining six witnesses are to be examined.

          In view of the above, this bail application stands disposed of. However, the trial court is directed to conclude the evidence of remaining six witnesses within a period of forty five (45) days, after receipt of this order. In case, the trial court fails to conclude the evidence of remaining witnesses within stipulated time then applicant would be at liberty to file a fresh bail application on fresh grounds, if available to him under the law and the trial court shall decide the same in accordance with law.
