2&4.  After hearing at some length, learned counsel for the applicant submits that he has no objection, if the instant pre-arrest bail is converted into protective bail, therefore, the instant pre-arrest bail is converted into protective bail.

Applicant/accused seeks protective bail in Crime No.01/2017 for the offence under Section 337/506-B PPC, registered at P.S. Gharo. Learned counsel submits that the applicant/accused intends to surrender before the trial Court but the local police is after him to arrest him in this case, therefore, he seeks protection.

          Without touching the merits and de-merits of the case, the applicant/accused Yasir Memon is granted protective bail for a period of Ten (10) days from today which will expire on 14.01.2017 till 1:00 p.m. against the solvent surety in the sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) and P.R. bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Nazir of this Court just to enable him to approach the competent Court and seek remedy in accordance with law. It is made clear that in case, the applicant fails to make appearance before the trial Court within the time prescribed, the surety submitted before this Court shall stand forfeited.

           The bail application stands disposed of in the above terms.
