          After hearing the learned counsel for the parties at some length, learned counsel for the applicant submits that he would be satisfied and shall not press this bail application, if appropriate directions may be given to the trial court to atleast record the evidence of complainant Anjum Ahmed as well as the victim Sana within ten (10) days, after receipt of this order.

          Learned DPG has recorded her no objection on the above proposition.

In view of the above, this bail application stands disposed of as not pressed. However, the trial court is directed to record the evidence of complainant and victim within a period of ten (10) days, after receipt of this order and compliance report be submitted to this court through MIT-II. It is made clear that after the evidence of said PWs, the applicant may file a fresh bail application on fresh grounds, if he so desired, and trial court shall decide the same on merits.
