          After hearing the learned counsel for the parties at some length, learned counsel for the applicant submits that he would be satisfied and shall not press this bail application, if appropriate directions may be given to the trial court to conclude the trial within thirty (30) days, after receipt of this order.

          Learned DPG has recorded her no objection on the above proposition on the ground that in this matter three prosecution witnesses namely, Muhammad Aslam, Muhammad Rasheed and Waseem Abbas have been examined and there is likelihood of the conclusion of the trial within thirty (30) days.

In view of the above, this bail application stands disposed of as not pressed. However, the trial court is directed to conclude the trial within a period of thirty (30) days, after receipt of this order. In case the trial court fails to conclude the trial within stipulated time then applicant would be at liberty to file a fresh bail application on fresh grounds, if available to him under the law and trial court shall decide the same in accordance with law.
