          Though the petitioner has challenged his earlier result of Revenue Qualifying Examination held in January, 2015 but during pendency of this petition, he again appeared in the examination held in 2016 and qualified which fact has been confirmed by the learned A.A.G assisted by Abdul Aziz, Assistant Director, Sindh Public Service Commission. Learned A.A.G submits that since the petitioner has qualified the examination perhaps for the same reason he is not present. In view of this statement, this petition is disposed of accordingly along with pending application.
