MUHAMMAD ALI MAZHAR, J: Mr. Zia-ul-Haq Makhdoom, Advocate alongwith Mr. S. M. Hassan Meerza, Senior Manager Legal (South) Business Zone, PTCL is present and waived notice of aforesaid petitions and undertakes to file vakalatnama for PTCL in the office. Earlier, so many cases/petitions of similar and identical nature have been disposed of by this court and on the same analogy, Mr. Zia-ul-Haq Makhdoom has brought a statement showing thirty petitions which are fixed at Sr. No.6 of the additional cause list of today. This statement has been signed by the Advocates for the petitioners, respondent No.1 and              Mr. S.M. Hassan Meerza, Senior Manager Legal, (South), Business Zone, PTCL. It is clearly stated in the statement that PTCL shall consider petitioners’ cases in accordance with the law, rules and regulations and decide their cases within a period of 180 days. Since the parties have mutually agreed and settled the modality and filed the statement, therefore, all these petitions are disposed of accordingly alongwith pending applications.

 

          Office is directed to place copy of this order in all connected petitions.
