2 to 5. The office has raised the objection that this petition is barred under Article 212 of the Constitution. Basically, the petitioner has challenged the Order dated 09.11.2016 through which he was compulsory retired from service with immediate effect. Being a civil servant, he has to file department appeal first then he may approach to the Service Tribunal but keeping in mind the intricacies of Article 212 of the Constitution of Pakistan, this Court has no jurisdiction to entertain the matter of civil servants. After arguing at some length, the counsel for the petitioner agrees to avail remedy in accordance with law. In view of her statement, this petition is disposed off along with listed applications with listed applications.
