Muhammad Ali Mazhar, J: Admittedly, the respondent Habib Bank Limited is not amenable to the writ jurisdiction of this court. The petitioner has challenged the dismissal order dated 30.12.2006. The learned counsel submits that obviously the relationship between the petitioner and the respondents is of master and servant, therefore, the suit was filed but during pendency of this suit this petition has been preferred. Since the petition is not maintainable, it is dismissed accordingly.
