Muhammad Ali Mazhar, J. – The cases are fixed for issuing notice to the respondents but Mr. S. M. Hassan Meerza, Senior Manager Legal (South) PTCL is present alongwith his counsel Mr. Zia-ul-Haq Makhdoom Advocate. Mr. Zia-ul-Haq Makhdoom Advocate undertakes to file vakalatnama in all such petitions in the office. They have agreed to waive notice on the ground that various petitions of identical and similar nature have already been disposed of by this Court from time to time and lastly bunch of the cases was disposed of on 02.11.2016. Learned counsel for the respondent has brought similar statement, which has been filed today alongwith the name of the petitioners in which it is clearly stated that Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited will consider the petitioners’ cases in accordance with the law, rules and regulations and decide the cases of the petitioners within one hundred eighty (180) days. This statement has been duly signed by the counsel for the petitioners, S. M. Hassan Meerza, Senior Manager Legal (South) Business Zone, PTCL and the learned counsel for the respondent. All the aforesaid petitions are disposed in terms of the statement with listed applications.
