Muhammad Ali Mazhar, J: The petitioner has challenged the letter dated 04.08.2016 issued by Section Officer (ME) for Secretary to Government of Sindh to Director Nursing and Controller, Sindh Nurses Examination Board in relation to fake admissions in general nursing course, in various schools of nursing in Sindh during session 2015. Along with this letter, a list of candidates who allegedly obtained fake admission is also attached. The name of the petitioner is mentioned at Sr. No.197. In identical controversy, this bench has already decided C.P No.D-4433 of 2016 with some other petitions vide order dated 27.10.2016.

2.      Learned counsel for the petitioner argued that the case of the petitioner is at par, therefore, this petition may be decided in the same terms. Learned A.A.G waives notice of this petition and after seeing the copy of the order, he has no objection if this petition is disposed of in terms of para-6 of the order passed by this court in the above petition on 27.10.2016. Order accordingly. Pending applications are also disposed. Copy of this order be transmitted to learned A.A.G for onward communication and compliance.
