Mr. Ghulam Nauman Shaikh has filed vakalatnama for the respondent along with preliminarily legal objections and counter affidavit. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that now the certified true copy of the impugned order dated 04-11-2016 has been issued and within two days appeal will be filed before the full bench N.I.R.C along with stay application for seeking some interim relief. He requests for three weeks’ time while Mr. Ghulam Nauman Shaikh argued that one week time is enough.

Since the petitioner has to travel Islamabad and it will take some time for fixing the appeal before the full bench including stay application, therefore, this petition is disposed of with two weeks’ time so that the petitioner may file the appeal with stay application. The management will not give effect to the transfer orders of the petitioner till two weeks.
